Our fabrication shop performs the standard functions of most fab shops including sub-arc welding for shaft and sheave build-up, GMAW / SMAW functions, forming and rolling of structural steel components, plate shear and iron worker equipment, gearbox and pump disassembly and re-assembly with lifting capacities of over 25 tons with our overhead crane equipment. Our ESAB CNC torch table allows for precision cutting of plate up to 8” in thickness and our 600 ton horizontal press is one of the largest hydraulic presses in the Southeast.
